Digital Downloads:

Upon purchasing, downloadable products will be delivered to you via email. You will receive an automated link allowing you to download the pattern onto your computer or any other device. If you opt for PayPal during checkout, the link will be instantly sent after the payment is successfully processed. In case you don't find the download link in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Payment:

All payments are via pay-pals only.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, kindly reach out to me at vivmade@gmail.com. Please note that downloadable products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

User License for Downloadable Products:

I advise downloading the pattern to your computer or another device. It's also recommended to create a copy on a flash drive or CD for future reference or in case of loss.

For any issues with downloads or renewals of file access, resolutions will be communicated via email.
