Welcome to my very first blog post on my crochet website! I’m so excited to finally have a space to share my crochet ideas and creations with fellow crochet enthusiasts.
I have to admit, I’m a bit nervous about what to publish for my first crochet pattern post. But here it goes – I’m thrilled to introduce you to the adorable “Chubby Bunny,” dressed in a sweet pink sweater! This little bunny is irresistibly cute and makes a wonderful gift, whether as a purse charm, keychain, or a fun addition to Easter baskets.
“Chubby Bunny” measures approximately 13 cm from the top of the ears to the bottom of the legs when made with 4-ply American cotton yarn and a 2.5 mm crochet hook. I found that 8 mm plastic safety eyes are just the right size for this toy, but feel free to adjust the yarn, hook, and eye size to create a bunny that’s uniquely yours!
This pattern is perfect for Amigurumi beginners, with no complex stitches required. It comes with detailed instructions and plenty of photo references to guide you through every step.
I hope you enjoy making “Chubby Bunny” as much as I did! I’d love to hear your thoughts and see your creations.
Happy crocheting!
